Overview of a
Typical Project
From the primary phone-consultation, we will take full details of the prospective job and immediately schedule a convenient appointment for you. One of our qualified inspectors will arrive on-time (or call ahead if delayed) and perform a detailed inspection report and/or appraisal for the project depending on the work required. There may also be circumstances where we need access to the interior of the property so we always require the homeowner to be present during the inspection. This also enables the immediate clarification of any questions or concerns that arise on either side.
After a few days we will follow up with a phone call to clarify any outstanding questions and if the client wishes to confirm the job at that point, we will schedule the work based on our earliest availability and the clients requirements. No initial partial or down payment is expected or required. Prior to the project start date we will inform the client of the material delivery date. On completion of the project and – assuming that the client is completely satisfied - the project will be deemed complete, the client will be Invoiced and full payment will be due.
All warranty paperwork is then prepared and sent in the mail. We aim to keep the client informed at all stages of the job from start to finish and address any questions the client may have regarding the installation process

Complementary Inspections & No-Obligation Appraisals
Our appraisers are not salesman who simply turn up, take some measurements and then try to ‘sell’ the job. They are experienced professionals with many years of hands-on experience and can give you full advise with regards to the best product for your budget. We maintain a certain distinction between inspections and appraisals.
Inspections: The main purpose of the inspection is to inspect the state of your homes exterior – to ascertain whether work is needed at all. Quite often we find that the exterior is in a perfectly suitable state and currently requires no work done on it at all or perhaps just a small repair. If the inspection raises some issues that deserve some immediate attention, then he will provide you with a detailed breakdown for the work required and a cost for that work.
Appraisal: If we have been contacted to address an issue that the homeowner has identified themselves, then we will provide an honest appraisal of the project and a competitive and comprehensive quote, detailing all work required.
Both inspections and appraisals are complementary with no up-sell or pressure techniques. We are not affiliated with any one single supplier so we are able to objectively recommend the best solution to your needs. We like to treat our clients as we like to be treated ourselves: with honest recommendations and the opportunity to ask frank questions throughout the process.
Installation & Renovation
All our installations are carried out by professional tradespeople, who are courteous, respectful and will complete the work in a timely fashion with the least possible disruption.
Maintenance & Repair
Most roofing or siding systems require maintenance throughout their lives. Unfortunately it is not always convenient or practical for homeowners to perform their own roofing inspections, which is why we offer complementary inspections.
Where your roof or siding needs only maintenance or a small repair – rather than partial or full replacement – we will provide you with a detailed assessment of the area in question, our recommendations for the best solution, and the resulting cost. Any repairs we perform carry a one-year workmanship warranty.
Follow up Inspection
For all full-roof installations and renovations, we encourage the homeowner to contact us approximately one year after the project completion at which point we will be happy to return and conduct a full follow-up inspection to make sure that the homeowner is completely satisfied with the overall service.
